As this is a hobby business I will strive to attempt to resolve any issue that we may come across.
Postage and delivery
- I sent all items with Australia Post. Delays in delivery lay with the responsibility of Australia Post.
- As I am in Rural Central West New South Wales, All the options of other courier companies are not an option I can utilize.
- I reserve the right of having a 4-day delay in taking items to the post office.
- If you are in Orange, Millthorpe or Blayney I will be happy to deliver or for you to pick up the items you buy upon communication with me – for the price of a coffee.
- If the Postage is over-quoted on the checkout I will refund the difference. If it is under-quoted, the difference is on me. However, I do place $6.00 on the postage and packing for the cost of the box and bubble wrap.
Retro CDs, Floppies, Cartridges, and Systems
- I do not give a warranty or guarantee that the disks are readable or functional. In all cases, I am selling the container and continence as seen in the pictures. Again, the value does not include a workable disk or system. Unless stated otherwise.
- Any YouTube video displayed is only a view of what the game looks like from a third party. The video is not the production of smolle.com.au and is not a demonstration of the working game, system, or device in our possession.
